Aryza acquires Hubsolv
Pollen Street Capital are pleased to announce the acquisition of Hubsolv, provider of case management and CRM software to the insolvency industry, by Aryza
Hubsolv, founded in 2014 by Fraser Hamilton and Lewis Black, has a modern and well-regarded software proposition. Over the last three years the business has grown strongly by delivering innovative solutions for its customers. This transaction will complement Hubsolv’s existing product suite, as well as improve the combined businesses’ ability to address the UK insolvency and debt management markets. Fraser and Lewis will join Aryza’s management team and will continue to focus on delivering an outstanding service to Hubsolv clients; enhanced by the broader product suite of Aryza.
Since Pollen Street’s acquisition of Aryza in 2017, the group has grown both organically and through M&A, strengthening and expanding its proposition, launching new products and entering new geographies. Hubsolv, follows Aryza’s prior acquisitions to further increase the breadth and quality of Aryza’s software and service, which reflect in its strong and long-term customer relationships.
This is a great opportunity for both Aryza and Hubsolv to leverage each others’ capability to deliver an enduring and valued service to customers. The market demands a dynamic, cost effective, accurate and data driven software solution; we believe Hubsolv, together with Fraser and Lewis, will only add to Aryza’s ability to respond and deliver.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
