With this acquisition, Etops will strengthen its position in the market for digital wealth advisory and will offer its’ clients an even broader range of integrated client advisory solutions.

Finanzportal24 is a leading provider of financial planning software in Germany. The company was founded in 2002 by Hubertus Schmidt and is headquartered in Burbach. Finanzportal24’s software solutions are used by more than 5,500 users in Germany and are known for their user-friendliness, technical depth, and practical functionality.

Etops is a pan-European consolidator for wealth and asset management technology. Pollen Street led the formation of a wealthtech group in December 2023, supporting the combination of four groups; niiio Finance Group, fundsaccess AG, MiFID-Recorder and FundHero SA, and subsequently acquired Etops Group AG in August 2024. The whole group was rebranded Etops in Q1 2025.
